1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bridge AI OS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Bridge AI OS is an autonomous business intelligence platform providing AI agent workforce, CRM, invoicing, DeFi treasury management, and related services. The Platform operates on a subscription model with tiered access levels.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Paid features require an active subscription. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Pro: R499/month
  • Enterprise: R2,499/month

5. Intellectual Property

All content generated by AI agents on your behalf belongs to you. The Platform retains ownership of its underlying technology, algorithms, and infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bridge AI OS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the settings dashboard.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, Gauteng.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information you provide directly (name, email, payment details) and information generated through your use of the Platform (usage data, AI interactions, preferences).

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; communicate with you about your account; process payments; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: payment processors (Stripe, PayFast), cloud infrastructure providers, and as required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).

6. Your Rights

Under POPIA and GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.

7. Information Officer

POPIA Information Officer: legal@bridge-ai-os.com. You may lodge complaints with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside South Africa. Where this occurs, we ensure adequate safeguards per POPIA s.72 and GDPR Art. 46.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Bridge AI OS to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
  • Engage in unauthorized data scraping or harvesting
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform
  • Use AI agents for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
  • Process personal data in violation of POPIA/GDPR without consent

Fair Use

API usage is subject to fair use limits based on your subscription tier. Excessive usage that degrades service for other users may result in temporary throttling.

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension, account termination, and/or legal action. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

Uptime Commitment

Bridge AI OS targets 99.9% monthly uptime for Pro and Enterprise subscribers. Starter tier has no uptime guarantee.

Response Times

  • Critical (service down): 1 hour response, 4 hour resolution target
  • High (major feature impacted): 4 hour response, 24 hour resolution target
  • Medium (degraded performance): 8 hour response, 72 hour resolution target
  • Low (minor issue): 24 hour response, 5 business day resolution target

Credits

If monthly uptime falls below 99.9%, eligible subscribers receive service credits: 10% for 99.0-99.9%, 25% for 95.0-99.0%, 50% for below 95.0%.

Exclusions

SLA does not apply during scheduled maintenance (announced 48h in advance), force majeure events, or issues caused by customer infrastructure.

Roles

Where you use Bridge AI OS to process personal data of your end users, you are the Responsible Party (POPIA) / Controller (GDPR), and Bridge AI OS acts as Operator / Processor.

Processing Instructions

We process personal data only on your documented instructions. Processing is limited to what is necessary to provide the contracted services.

Security Measures

  • Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3)
  • Access controls with principle of least privilege
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Incident response within 72 hours of discovery

Sub-processors

We maintain a list of sub-processors. You will be notified of changes 30 days in advance. Current sub-processors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments).

Data Deletion

Upon termination of the agreement, we will delete all personal data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
